Mary-Kate, University of Michigan
Working with us, Mary-Kate was able to create an exceptional essay that reflected her various interests and personal story. She was able to be admitted to her top-choice school, Holy Cross College, thanks to the coaching services provided by us. However, after her first year at Holy Cross, she realized that it wasn't the right fit for her. She decided to transfer, and the transfer application process is very different from regular high school applications.
But Mary-Kate didn't let that discourage her. She remembered how much she had benefited from working with us during her high school application process and reached out to us again to work on her transfer application. "One of my favorite aspects about College Essayist is that they helped me feel less alone in the process and more supported," she said.
Thanks to our help, Mary-Kate was again accepted to her top-choice school, the University of Michigan. "I couldn't be more grateful for the writing improvement and experience I gained while working with my coach, as well as for generating highly meaningful and valuable essays," she said. We helped her "crystallize" who she was as an applicant and what she, as a unique person, could bring to these colleges. "I became a well-researched and compelling applicant in all areas of the application process."
Now a sophomore at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, she is pursuing her ambition to become an actress, and she couldn't be more grateful for the writing improvement and experience she gained while working with us. We are proud to have played a part in helping her achieve her dreams and become a well-researched and compelling applicant in all areas of the application process.
As a former student at a high school for the performing arts, Mary-Kate has always been passionate about theater, media, and film.
Mary-Kate wanted to transfer to a college that shared her academic interests and passions. She sought our assistance because she was concerned that her essay would not demonstrate the multifaceted aspects of her life experiences and academic endeavors.
