By subscribing to any of the College Essayist™ Services, or filling out any College Essayist™ download forms, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use, and you are providing your express consent to be contacted by us, via electronic messages or otherwise, to notify you about the new products, services, and features offered by College Essayist™. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Access to the Services is determined at our sole discretion. If your access is disabled, you will be advised of this when attempting to access the Services.
